GARFORTH GOLF CLUB

Please note that we at Garforth Golf Club wish to make everyone as welcome as possible and to encourage the use of our facilities. The Club operates a standard dress code which we respectfully remind everyone of. Please note a few points below. We request all members ensure their guests are aware of the dress code.

On and Off the Course

•No denim or casual sportswear.
•Tailored knee length shorts with predominantly white socks above the ankle are allowed. Ladies may wear short socks below the ankle.
•Shirts with a collar or roll necks must be tucked into trousers at all times.
•Ladies wearing shirts or blouses that have been custom made to hip length for wearing outside are permissible.
•Footwear - training type shoes and beachwear are not permissible.
•Peak Caps must be worn with the peak at the front.
Variations
In the Clubhouse after 7.00pm - For the A.G.M., Annual Prize Presentation and Captains Prize Evening. Gentlemen must wear jacket, shirt and tie.
In the Dining Room every day after 7.00pm - Gentlemen must wear a shirt with collar and trousers not shorts.

Mobile Telephones
May only be used on the staircase landings or in the Car Park and should not be used on the course except in a medical emergency.

All members are asked to courteously approach anyone whose dress does not comply with the above and draw their attention to the fact.
