Our Greenstaff headed by Andrew Fowler have produced a tremendous course during the 2012 playing season. Winter work now commences with the new 1st tee development being made ready for the Centenary Captains Drive in due to take place in March 2013.
Winter 2012 update
The Club utilised a slitter on the fairways during the Winter last year. The slitter relieves compaction and gives aeration to the rootzone. This made a tremendous impact on the fairways during the 2012 playing season. The Club will repeat this practice again during the Winter months when ground condition allow. Early inspection during the winter months enables the current course status to be updated immediately on the Club website home page and also on twitter.
