TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
If you book online full payment will be requested to confirm your booking.

You can cancel your booking by contacting the Professional on 0113 2862063. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your tee time no refund will be given. If you give more than 24 hours notice you will be refunded the full amount of your payment less £10 per player administration and cancellation handling fee.

Failure to Cancel Your Booking

No refund will be given if you fail to cancel your booking and do not contact the Club in advance.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed, a full refund will be available and no further charges will be made to your credit/debit card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else.

Handicaps
=========
Whilst it isn't a requirement of the Club to request a handicap certificate, Garforth is an established course and as such players must have the ability to play at a reasonable standard to ensure their enjoyment and that of other players on the course at the same time.
