Welcome to Garforth Golf Club - a haven of relaxation and recreation for members, their families and guests since 1913. Whether eyeing up your approach shot on the 9th green, or relaxing on the balcony of the clubhouse, you simply know that you are at Garforth. Our much loved 18-hole parkland course, has felt the caress of hickory and the sharp assault of blades of steel or titanium over the years. Technology, and the tools we have to play the game have evolved and so has our course facility.
The clubhouse has been the scene of many debates regarding the best way to play the 14th, as well as a place for your friends and family to gather. At its heart is hospitality.
The peaceful Yorkshire setting provides an escape from the stresses and strains of everyday life, while the water features meander across the course and add to the challenge of a round you will always remember.
As a golfer, you will benefit from a course designed by the famous Dr. Alister Mackenzie, who also designed Augusta National, Cypress Point and other championship courses across the globe. The quality of our course is matched by the relaxing experience offered in our luxurious clubhouse. Fine dining in our intimate restaurant with its panoramic views of the course make Garforth clubhouse a natural choice for a special occasion, relaxation after a round or simply for you to meet friends for a drink and while an evening away.
Garforth is proud of its heritage, the quality of its course, its service and warm Northern welcome offered to members and guests alike. We are equally proud that we have moved with the times and deliver modern facilities in an historical golf club. But you’ll need to experience that for yourself. We’ll see you soon.
